A data recovery software performs a deep scan of your hard drive and looks for deleted files that your OS cannot see. If the two methods mentioned above do not work, you may have to use data recovery software to restore your lost Sticky Notes. Your deleted files will reappear once you’ve applies the changes.
Once you’re there, click on the ‘Previous Versions’ and select the version you want. The easiest way is to right-click on the Sticky Notes icon and go to the Properties window.
